My First Attempt Blogging

Hey everyone that will never read this! I have finally broken down and decided to become a blogger after years of pressuring from my friends. I have avoided this moment for a long time now because I don't have any children, am not an exotic world traveler, have few political views, and no life. But I guess the fact that I have no life is why I have become a blogger. Scott and I celebrated our third year anniversary yesterday by going out to dinner at Chef's Table. Being completely honest, I was a let down. I hear such hype about this restaurant and even when you enter the restaurant they have a wall of awards displayed, but I think I still prefer a Wendy's chicken nugget kids meal with honey mustard and root beer-no ice. They give you lemon sorbet to "cleanse your pallate" and just kind of overly do things. Maybe I am in need of some more refinement but I just couldn't appreciate the "romantic" view of the power lines out the window and the crunchy bread that made a mess everywhere. Plus the entire place reaked of fish. Total bill came to $100.00 but I guess we just go to an expensive place to feel like we did something big enough to celebrate an anniversary. I wish that eating at regular places was good enough. I did watch a pretty cool series called "Long Way Round" with Ewan McGregor and his friend who decide to bike around the world. It's a three disc documentary that's worth your time.
